Delaware302 to Support Food Bank of Delaware This Holiday Season

Company to donate a portion of December sales

Milton – December 1, 2011 – Nearly 1 in 4 Delawareans depends on emergency food assistance according to the Food Bank of Delaware. As so many local families are in need of the basics such as food to survive, Delaware302 announces today that it will donate 20% of its sales between December 1st and December 20th to the Food Bank. In addition, the company owners intend to support the mission personally with donations of canned food items.

“There is no reason that any Delawarean should go hungry, especially at this time of the year,” said Delaware302 founder Phil Wojcik. “Even though things are tight for most everyone, if we all do a little to help, it will add up and make a huge difference in the lives of Delaware families.”

Delaware302 owners chose the Food Bank to support this month because Wojcik has volunteered there. Every month, the company will choose a local charity to support as part of its philosophy of giving locally. Even though the company website launched less than two weeks ago, the founders wanted to start their charity work right from the start. is an online store filled with products that incorporate the State’s area code as a way to promote First State pride. These products include 302 T-shirts, 302 oval vehicle stickers and magnets, and wristbands.
